El proyecto INNOTEX, financiado por el VI programa Marco de Investigación y desarrollo de la Unión Europea, llega a su fin.

El proyecto INNOTEX ha creado Nuevo software para mejorar la productividad y la calidad en los procesos textiles.

A correct analysis of the Occupational Hazard Assessment points to the appropriate PPE for each profession at risk. That is the case seen on the picture, taken in Kazahstan after an accident with electric arc where the worker did not suffer any kind of lesion. In this kind of accidents temperatures up to 30.000 degrees Celsius are reached for 500 milliseconds, a fatal risk for the worker, only prevented by using an appropriate PPE.

Estambril Group banks completely on innovation to fulfil the aim of protecting people further and better. The 1st Congress on Innovation (I Congreso de Innovación), held on the 3rd and 4th of December at Euncet College of Terrassa (Barcelona), came to an end by concluding that there is no future without innovation. More than 50 participants had the opportunity to think about how significant and vitally important innovation is through different work groups and speeches led by the Group professionals and other external speakers.

Last 28th October, Antonio Jiménez, manager of TAG Innovación, took part, together with more than 3000 businessmen, experts and professionals in interACC1Ó, a conference on innovation and internationalization.

On November 6th the Estambril Group was awarded with Cecot’s Recognition to Entrepreneurial Progress, within the category of Most Innovative Company.

This award distinguishes, in a public and notorious manner, the daily effort, perseverance and capacity, companies, institutions and the people who are part of them have, to adapt and contribute towards economic development and innovation

This new distinction adds impulse to the Estambril Group and endorses our passion in protecting people.

The 9th of October Estambril Group participated actively in the Safety Leaders Forum Building the Future of Safety organized by Dupont, which took place in the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva. Mentioned event congregated numerous professionals from all over the world, working in the field of safety in different sectors.

In its course future tendencies in the area of safety were discussed and analyzed. Our participation in this act consisted in the presence of our general manager as guest speaker in one of the four workshops that took place in the course of the day, The Desire for Simple Scientific Solutions.

This being an excellent tribute to the work and effort of the Estambril Group in the area of innovation, investigation and development of new innovative and differentiating ideas.
