With the knitted fabric Nomex® Comfort 260-P, based on DuPont™ Nomex® fiber,  Estambril has developed a new range of garments type “sweatshirt”, also called “winter polo-shirt”.

These garments have a high thermal protection, as against heat and/or flames as against thermal attack of electric arc, to work outdoors or in cold environments.
 
The new range has been added to the "information pack" on solutions for thermal protection against electric arc, presented by Estambril few weeks ago.

Antonio Zapater is an officially, already retired, of the Fire Fighting Service and Rescues of Barcelona, who just turned 70, and he has decided to undertake a new challenge, which he has called "PROJECT FATIMA".

After some initial ideas, finally the Antonio’s challenge is to unite, walking, Barcelona and Fatima, going by Santiago de Compostela, and visiting as Fire Brigades as possible, in order to do, parallel to the travel, a study about how each Firefighter Organization plans, according to the capacity of the "first team", the intervention against an important fire on the third floor of a residential building.
